There could be serious danger lying in your stomach and millions of people just don’t know what to do about it.
And that’s why ReduceStomachFat.org gets thousands of visitors everyday, and the good news is we can help you understand the truth about how to reduce stomach fat!
You see, fat on your stomach or midsection is often the first fat to develop but it can be the first fat to go. Thanks to thousands of years in human history where food was scarce and winters were cold, the human body is genetically engineered to protect vital organs with layers of unsightly fat. However, taking the right steps can help you burn it off.
But did you know, the fat surrounding your organs (called visceral fat) could pose a serious threat to your health. That’s why it’s critical to reduce stomach fat as fast as possible.
And whether you like it or not, doing a few crunches each day isn’t going to get you svelte abs. In fact, 100 sit ups only burns between 6-10 calories for the average person!
This means that to get rid of just one pound of fat you would have to do 35,000 sit ups!
But that doesn’t mean that reducing stomach fat is impossible! Let me share 3 great ways you get get on the right track to reduce stomach fat:

Recommendations on the Best supplements to Burn more Fat
Why use supplements?
The best supplements are designed with specific compounds that can not only target excess adipose tissue in your midsection, but will inhibit any hormones, like the stress hormone Cortisol, that can cause your body to continue storing extra calories as fat tissue.
Supplements can also help you to overcome any genetic propensities that you have toward gaining weight in your abdominal region. Causing your body to treat calories that you digest differently than you would without a supplement.
There are also many supplements that are designed to suppress your appetite to help you manage your cravings, as well as some that get rid of toxins that can be causing your metabolism to run at a more sluggish rate than it should.
5 Keys to Reduce Stomach Fat
1. Exercise: Hopefully most people realize there isn’t many exercise techniques or moves that specifically target visceral fat. But getting regular, vigorous exercise has been shown to help reduce the visceral fat found throughout the body including the stomach. And it can help visceral fat from increasing.
Studies show strenuous aerobic exercise 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week can reduce visceral fat.
2. Eat Right: There are no specific diets to reduce belly fat. Although that’s the truth, a diet rich in fiber can prevent visceral fat from building up.
By eating right, you’ll be able to reduce your caloric intake and eating the right foods can increase your metabolism and help burn that excess fat stored in your midsection.
3. Sleep: Sleep is often overlooked when it comes to burning fat and losing weight, yet it plays a key role.
Oversleeping or getting too little sleep can increase visceral fat build up. Ideally, you should be getting between six to eight hours of sleep each night. Studies indicate those sleeping less than five hours a night or more than eight hours, increase the rate at which visceral fat builds up.
4. Manage Stress: Another component to visceral fat not a lot of people talk about is how you manage stress. It’s almost impossible to avoid stress, but by managing your stress in a healthy way, you can prevent visceral fat build up.
The body often responds to stress by storing fat viscerally. To help manage stress, get social support, mediate and exercise.
5. Supplements: The best supplements are designed with specific compounds that can not only target excess adipose tissue in your midsection, but will inhibit any hormones, like the stress hormone Cortisol, that can cause your body to continue storing extra calories as fat tissue.

Okay, ever since i’ve been back on the market i’ve want to betetr myself to finally be the person i’ve wanted to be. I am very thin framed and short, and though I have been underweight by a few pounds for my BMI since high school it’s not because i’m annorexic!!! i’m far from that, and I think it stems from me having more fat and almost nonexistant muscle mass (since fat does weigh less than muscle). I’ve gained 10 pounds from a miscarriage which did put me at a healthy weight bmi finally, but it was 10 pounds of additional fat. I don’t want to look like i’m starving, I just want a very nice toned up appearance, I want to be musclar like a Victorias secret model, I just want to look healthy. Not starving, not like a weight lifter. I am currently 5’1 and 103 pounds, and as I really don’t care what my weight is i’d like to just not see fat and actually be able to see slight definition in my stomach, my thighs or my arms. When I sit down not only do I have rolls but I have about 5 inches of fat to my waistline. Since the beginning of this month I have started to go to the gym 6 days a week for mostly an hour, some days 4 hours. I do 10 minutes on the stair master at level 17, then I do some outer thigh, inner thigh sets. I do about 3-4 reps of 20 sometimes 30. Then I do 3 different kinds of abdominal toning machines 3-4 reps of 20. then 2 kinds of tricep machines 3 reps of 20. I do elipiticals for another 20 minutes. Then tredmill for 5 minutes. I sometimes do the bike too and hamstrings. I was eating normal the first week, then by the second week when I didnt see any difference and gained a pound (which could have been muscle but still no fat loss) I started calorie watching, To begin with it’s been hard for me to even consume 2000 calories a day, i’ve never had a problem gaining weight just a problem losing it and toning it up. I could eat fast food and crap all day and still not reach 2000 calories! But I did start eating healthier, cut fast food out and I consume around 1000 calories a day, mostly salads and protein and eggs. I also try to keep my carbs under 100 and continue to go to the gym almost daily. I still see no difference, my weight isn’t even changing anymore. I’m also a cocktail waitress, so I get plenty of exercise every night when I work from being on my feet for 8 hours a night with nonstop powerwalking while holding multiple heavy pitchers of beer. I don’t want to get super skinny and lose my ass and my C cup, I just want a more defined musclar appearance and want to get rid of my stomach, the flab on the back of my arm, and like a few pounds off my thighs which are beginning to get celulite. Overall there’s not alot of weight loss i’m looking at but it currently seems impossible to achieve it!!! What am I doing wrong? I’m almost about to buy trimspa to aid my diet and exercise but i’m afraid of how much weight I might lose with it. Can anyone correct my methods and also give me any advice to make my goals a reality?

I too have PCOS, insulin resnstaice and glucose intolerance. I followed the atkins plan and in 12 months lost 125 pounds, came off all meds and my cycle has been normal ever since. My triglycerides and cholesterol and LDL were normal for the first time in my adult life! While I tend to be aware of the fat sources in my diet, it really isn’t necessary to go low fat if you low carb .I’ve kept the weight off for three years now. But if you still want to lower your fats, choose lean protein sources and use oil/fat free cooking methods. make egg white omelettes and use less cheese. Good luck with your low carbing it works!

You could be wheat intolerant. The wheat acts like scikty velcro through your intestines. After a while your intestines get angry and flare up, this will cause your stomach to bloat’ or become very large. Bread is one of the hardest foods I have found to give up. It may take months for your stomach to settle down, but it is worth it in the end.

its pretty rude i think, eseicpally if you’re not real close to the person.i get disgusted watching fat people eat. it reminds me of someone with lung cancer puffing down a marlboro. fat people also like to give excercise advice. like how they don’t mind telling me how bad running is on my knees whatever. they dont really know what they’re talking about they just like to be able to justify sitting our their butt when they should be active. so don’t worry about them just let it roll off.

Every time you eat Every time you eat you take in calories or sugar mcleoules for that matter. Those can either be transformed to energy right away or if you don’t need as much energy it gets stored in your fat cells for bad times. That’s also the reason why you need to take in a minimum amount of food per day because otherwise your body remembers and will store more fat the next time you eat more. Does that make sense?

If you have rolls on your stomach, then trust me, you DO NOT have a nice fiugre!Cut out sugar (all sugar) and starches (breads, crackers, potatoes, noodles, etc.) and drink water. Start exercising. You didn’t gain this weight by taking pills or having surgery, so it’s going to take work and time and exercise. Get an exercise ball. It’s a great workout for your core muscles and will really help you tone up your stomach.

According to some medical guide we have here, you grab the extra skin and if what you get is more than an inch thick, you’re owerveight. It’s an old book, though, and that seems pretty harsh. There are charts you can check online or at a doctor’s office that say whether or not you are owerveight for your height/age.

I am currently seineg a nutrtitionist but i want other doctor opinions too. I’m on a weight gain plan and I’m trying to gain weight. I don’t want to gain all fat or extra jiggle fat on my body. I would only like to gain the fat my body needs not the bad excess kind. How much fat should I be consuming a day to say tone and build muscle while also gaining weight?

So this has been going on since I was about nine or ten. Before that age, I could care less about my looks and my food intake, had a very fast miesboltam, and ate more than my friends. I was always skinny, but then something slowed my miesboltam down, and I noticed my stomach to be just a little bigger than usual. I started to eat less, but it just got a little bigger every time. I’m a perfectionist, so from 10 years old, I would scrutinize myself about eating. I starved myself, I would spend 4 hours in the pool by myself, just going around and around, trying to burn as much as I could. After that, I would go straight to the Wii to weigh myself. My mom hates scales, but never told me why, so I used Wii Fit to get my weight. Over that summer, I was ganged up by and seriously bullied by my cousins, and I was always the outcast. I cried every single night I was with them and I thought they hated me because of my weight. Once, I was so happy about my weight loss, that I told them I was 80lbs. My little cousin has an ED and she looked at me and went, WHAT!? From then on, I decided that I was fat, and had to do something about it. So I starved myself, exercised exessively, and hid food. Whenever my mom left me alone in the house, I would eat my meals in secret, because I couldn’t stand being watched while eating. I still can’t stand it. It hurts me SO MUCH. I can’t eat in public. There’s just this voice in my head saying, Everyone is watching you. Everyone knows how many calories you eat, fatty. . I’m in the healthy weight range, probably because my mom FORCED me to eat, causing me to gain weight. That lowered my self esteem even more, because I couldn’t stand being forced to eat. I thought she wanted me in pain. Now, I’m starting puberty, and EXTREMELY sensitive. I cry over anything. I almost passed out by crying in the car because I thought people were looking at me and calling me fat.I can’t take this anymore. All I want to do is starve, but I figure skate and I love that more than ANYTHING, and I don’t want this to ruin it.I’m only 12, and I also think I have an anxiety disorder, that I’ve been suffering from since I was seven I cried myself to bed every night for 2 years. I felt guilty for calling my brother stupid’, and sometimes would suffocate and almost went to the hospital.I don’t know what to do. My mom doesn’t know about this. If I told her, she’d tell me to just eat’. I CAN’T JUST EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO ONE UNDERSTANDS RIGHT NOW. I FEEL THE ONLY PERSON WHO WILL UNDERSTAND IS SOMEONE WHO HAS AN ED OR A THERAPIST!!!! :’(thanks so much for ANY answers you give I really need them :’(

I think you should stop worrying about what people thinks. Its a mind thing , your cousins are probably jealous they just hating and you are making them win by letting yourself being hurting and letting their negative thoughts eat at your mind. focus on you baby grl , you dont have to starve eat small portions or eat fruits and healthy stuffs.. and keep smiling
… kati u got to be strong .. tell your self u can

1st a coach is hired to teach, plan motivate. It takes a brain to do these thigns. It doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in.2nd Many coaches are ex-athletes. When they were in training they ate a ton but they worked it off. Now they no longer train but it’s hard to put down that fork. Hence, fat ex-jocks.3rd Look around. Most people are fat blobs these days. Why should coaches be the exception?

Congratulations on your recovery! Most anocexirs can’t see past secretly thinking they’re virtuous. Some thoughts on lipids: There are two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Essential means, of course, that the body cannot manufacture them, although they are needed. But in the presence of linoleic acid, the body becomes able to produce linolenic. So. Corn oil and Soybean oil both contain 25% linoleic acid. Cold pressed (sometimes called expeller-pressed) safflower oil contains 90% linoleic acid. It’s a no-brainer. You want to meet your lipid requirement in this form. Hollywood Oil makes an excellent expeller-pressed safflower oil.

Hey, @msvioletsun24 Hey, it’s basically about how many carelios you take in and how many you burn. As fat has more carelios in a g than carbohydrates and protein does it helps to cut down on eating fat but you also need fat (especially essential fats from nuts or plant based oils) to stay healthy. Doing aerobic or sport helps you to up the amount of carelios you burn in a day. Hope I could help you! Stef

These guys should be steitng the example. I’ve seen more middle and high school coaches that are about as wide as half their O-line put together. A lot of college and pro coaches are very think around the middle also. You would think coaching and just being around athletes and athletics would motivate them to look like something other than a fat slob. Athletic directors also fat fat fat. YUCK!! I understand they aren’t hired for their looks but geeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I am 4 ft. 11 inches and I wehegid 60 kilos before. Now, I’m down to only 48 kilos, and my secret is just 1 cup of rice or less and plenty of vegetables almost every meal. Limiting salt intake is I think the key to maintaining my present diet and weight. Less salt not only means less water retention, it also helps in controlling my appetite. Filipinos are fond of eating salty foods such as dried fish and salted fish of all kinds. Hence, it was really a struggle for me at first. But eventually, I was able to adjust, and now, I no longer yearn for such foods anymore.

puh, @msvioletsun24 puh, that’s a tough question. Generally I think you caonnt say: I’m working on burning fat now. It’s basically that you just burn calories. And in the end of the day when you have burnt more calories than you took in your body has to get the rest of these needed calories from it’s storage facility i.e. your fat.

anybody can gain weight just by etiang a lot of fattening foods. but it takes hard work to gain healthy weight. What he means by gaining healthy weight is muscles! in order to do this you need to eat a lot of protein and carbs, and make sure your etiang a lot of healthy things like vegetables and fruit..the unhealthy way to gain weight is by etiang junk food, which will turn to pure fat if you don’t exercisethere is no such thing as healthy or unhealthy fat, fat is fat.to gain healthy weight, you must eat healthy and workout

Seriously, look up the glycemic index info (you may of heard of it the good carb, bad carb story) Basically anhniytg white like white rice, potatoes, and white flours, also your sugar are bad carbs and tend to make people doughy . Try to eliminate as much as you can, only eating WHOLE GRAIN (whole wheat doesn’t count) and your other lean meats/dairy, veggies and fruits and continue that exercise. You’ll get there, don’t give up!Oh, and by the way, with this method you’ll go through withdrawal from the sugars, but that will pass in just a few days and you’ll start seeing results before the end of two weeks!
